If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to Laboratoire Suisse (brand owned by Wampole Group L.P.) within 30 days for a refund, excluding your original shipping and handling charges. Health and beauty products are subject to reasonable trial (moderate use of the product). Please note that the products with discounted prices in the \u201dOn sale\u201d section are not refundable as they are a final sale.<\/p>\n

Returning Items<\/h3>\n

Re-package the item(s) along with all parts in the box that it came in or one appropriate for shipping.
\nShip your item(s) via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed at the following address: Laboratoire Suisse 1310 rue Nobel, Boucherville, Qc, J4B 5H3, Canada.<\/p>\n

B \u2013 Legal guarantees<\/h3>\n

The Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Law provides legal guarantees namely related to hidden defects as well as usage of sold goods. These legal guarantees also apply to this sale. This guarantee can in no way hinder, or suppress the legal guarantee provided by the manufacturer when there is one.<\/p>\n

The prices of our products are displayed in Canadian currency and the applicable taxes are added to the amount. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Canadian currency. Goods and Services sold in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods & Services Tax (GST). GST is currently 5%.

Shipping fee across the Canada<\/h3>\n

The shipping fees are at a flat rate of $15 for orders under $50, and $10 for orders from $50 to under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. Furthermore, in a concern for quality of service, we insure every shipment and ask that the Purolator receipt be signed at delivery. Please note that our delivery services do not extend to the following territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nunavut.<\/p>\n
